Darling homes after service is graded as of "F" One of the worse home building company I ever deal with PERIOD. No response on my service request. my first service request took one month before they responded. I do not recommend this builder to any one.

The Estates at Eastmark Summit have the WORST salespeople on the planet. PEGGY POWERS - what an evil prick- and CLARKE SPENCE - this arshole harasses customers when alone with NO witnesses. They are PURE EVIL THE DEVIL - try to keep people they don't like out of their drawings. Buch of arshole beatch pricks. Rude, unfriendly, uncooperative and arrogant. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Not totally upfront with their plans to prospective buyers. We are at a beautiful community that will soon be destroyed due to townhomes being built and which were not disclosed. Yet there’s no plan to expand the amenity center and HOA fees going up. This builder will be cutting down so much trees in this process that will destroy the landscape of this community. It really defeats the purpose of buying in the neighborhood. I now don’t see ourselves here long term. It’s really disappointing.

Working with Peggy P. at the Estates at Eastmark, and had a horrible experience. She had a home come back on market when buyer backed out just as build was completed. We had to wait for another potential buyer to respond, before we were offered it, and a day later, we found out it was ours for the taking. Do not purchase a home from Taylor Morrison. Their Community Management Division is completely mismanaged. They write the HOA documents to benefit their interest and not the homeowners. Before a neighborhood takes control of the HOA Taylor Morrison is in control of all decisions made on behalf of the neighborhood without any input or communication with the homeowners. I give zero star here. Taylor Morrison dose not provide any accurate information and will just your time and energy without any respect. This is the only company I see on market which ONLY cares about profits. There is NO customer care and absolutely NO respect to clients. I had a terrible experience with them from June to end of November! Please check the reviews here and all the review on Yelp. They are all true! I wished I saw all those reviews before I visited them back in June.

Don’t buy Taylor-Morrison they could care less about once they have your money at closings.. very nasty and unprofessional warranty department..waiting 3/4 months on fixes due to unprofessional cheap contractors they hire .. my next move is an attorney

They have the highest prices of any home builders in Houston and they claim to use the best materials. Worse quality of constructions I’ve seen and the cheapest materials. Be very careful with this home builder.

I am in the process of building a TM Home in the Charlotte NC area. While I have worked with some great individuals throughout the process, the communication, expectations, undelivered promises, shoddy construction and the way that senior management has handled these issues leaves a lot to be desired.
