My experience with my inspector (Chris) was wonderful and saved me from possibly purchasing a Money Pit Fire hazard with gas leak. He is very knowledgeable and took his time educating me on what needed repaired/replaced. I would definitely use Taylor Made for my next home inspection.
My inspector did a fantastic job! This is the second home Taylor Made has inspected for me. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions/concerns. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process and explained in great detail everything he saw. The report was sent the same day! I would highly recommended this company.
Our inspector explained in good detail what fixes would be needed around the house. He pointed out aesthetic problems that would not harm the house, such as chipped frames on doors, and differentiated those from fixes that would be required to prevent potential (and expensive) damages. which were improperly installed roof shingles. He was VERY thorough and not pushy.
Great experience and very helpful/knowledgeable inspector. Uncovered issues that would have cost us thousands of dollars. Chris was very patient and explained every question I asked in detail. Would us them again!
