A very competent job of inspection, well documented with photos. Numerous verbal suggestions as well.
Super professional, paid attention to every detail and gave a great report detailing what we needed to know
This company missed a bunch of issues with the property I am purchasing. The electrical system is messed up..dishwasher does not work. This is going to cost me thousands of dollars..use another company

Chris F****** came out to inspect a house on a cold winter day. Snow covered roof, and dangling icicles didn’t stop him from providing details on what he could, and will return to inspect the roof when snow melts away. I have not seen such a detailed report. Conversation was helpful also, as he explained to us even the smallest things. Small things that are not issues are great to know as an fyi. Bigger things Chris explained in a very helpful and comprehensive manner.
Fantastic customer service. Gentleman arrived early and cleared the snow so he could have safely get to the front door. It's very knowledgeable and helpful.
