Taylor made was great when buying the car.. any dealership is. However I bought my vehicle in December. It’s May and I got my first flat. Easy fix right? Well I find my auto theft lug-nuts on the car and no key. I never received one. Still not the worst thing, I call, call, call again. Never one answer. I go online I chat with online reps which are just computers. They say they will have a manager call. Nothing. They have a text system. I text says I will get a call I don’t. I've never been to another dealership I liked even half as much as Taylor made. this review is long, but it's worth my time to give them credit for being so amazing.
