Caseworker told me I’d get a call within 2 days, it’s been 2 weeks and still no call. Called 3 times and left voicemails.
Im not sure what all these negative comments are about. Ive been going here for 5+yrs. Everyone is great! From the smiling faces of the folks at the front desk. To the clean sitting/ play area. My caseworker Brittney is the best! Kat is the most empathetic and compassionate therapist ive ever had. And Allison the meds dr is top notch.
I've been seen at Taylor Life Center for nearly 3 years. I've seen Amy Connelly (my script writer)and (Mary, my new case manager)my entire time there. I am very satisfied with my service thus far. Thanks T.L.C. I'm Alive!
They don't have therapists and they take 3 months to see the med Dr. They don't have bus passes and my case mgr was always in a hurry and just wanted me to sign her tablet mostly. I was homeless and they never even tried to assist me getting out of that situation. They are all about getting paid and the service is minimal.
I’m not sure what these people are talking about. This facility and staff has treated me with kindness, compassion, urgency when required, and has been nothing but amazing. Amy is the best there is she cares a lot about her patients, her assistant Nicole also incredibly accommodating as well as Bailey before her. I love coming here for my appointments and I’ll probably never stop. Thank you for everything you guys do!
