Jonathan Taylor met with to listen and advise me if I had a case that I should pursue. The case was within a week or so of being past the statute of limitations, and after speaking to me on the phone, we scheduled a meeting almost immediately to go over the documentation I already had. He took hours of his time to review documents, videos, and even took the time to sit with me and review the videos that were not comfortable for me. While Jonathan Taylor was communicating with me, he was very attentive, got all the information he needed, and gave me the next steps. However, when I reached out to move forward, I got no response. After 2 emails with no response, I called and left a message, also with no response. I believe that communication is professional, and Jonathan Taylor proved very unprofessional in his lack of communication towards me.
