I bought a used 08 Trailblazer with less than 70,000 miles on it from Taylor Dealership in Athens, Ohio (in or near 2011-2012). I have had nothing but problems with it ever since. I purchased their powertrain coverage when I first bought it and that was the only positive part to get me through this entire mess. Honest mistake? You decide. For over two weeks we dealt with a salesperson ,with over 15 years of experience at this dealership, who repeatedly stressed that honesty and communication was the key to a good sale. Numerous emails from the salesperson concerning pricing of the new vehicle, the make, the trim level and the special feature .The total price, which was agreeable to us, was quoted several times through emails and phone conversations. We drove from Kentucky to purchase a vehicle here. The salesman, Steve, was great. However, in the purchase process they did not charge us the appropriate tax for our state. This resulted in us receiving a $980 tax bill. Greg Stonerock ADMITTED that this was completely their fault and should have NEVER HAPPENED. He also said there's nothing he will do to make it right.
