I had a great experience with Taylor. They worked hard to get me the exact car I wanted, even when I changed my mind a few times. Andy Campbell is a great salesman and is very helpful. I drove from Dublin just because of their customer service.
Sold me a total piece of garbage. Chain case went out within the first 50 mi. I'll give a little credit they did fix the chain case. When u got it back the tranny was sticking in second so I brought it to my mechanic to look it over. He found busted bolts on the control arms,bad struts,bad tie rods,and a bad tranny. Not honest and they do not make good on what they say I had a bad experience too. The salesperson (Dwayne) who waited on me was a big LIAR! I was told everything worked including the CD player. Had no cd to check but was assured of it. He kept stressing honesty and integrity. He should have looked up the meaning. I bought it took it home and then went back when cd player didn't work. He said he was working on it and I waited on a call to get it fixed. Call never came so I stopped in and was told he no longer works there. I t... read more
