John Taylor was amazing! Everything he said he would do, everything he said would happen and every piece of guidance he gave us came true. He was a great communicator about the selling process. Selling your home is something you don’t do often so you need an expert. I would highly recommend John!
John Taylor is the best realtor in Larimer county in my opinion. He worked with my mother in law for months during a very difficult time. Her case had lots of ups and downs with contracts falling through. John stayed with us guiding us and helping us navigate the whole process. He is very knowledgeable, polite, respectful and patient .
