Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes

No, they were very calm and understanding Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
