Dr. T is professional and knowledgeable AND he does not have the best bedside manner, but I did not go looking for a best friend when i found out my son had brain cancer when he was 6. I went looking for someone who could keep him alive and stick with us for whatever was to come. Dr. Taylor has been my son's neurologist for 14 years. He was always very professional; extremely knowledgeable and had my son's best interests at heart.

Dr. Taylor MAY be a bright individual. We could not tolerate more than three visits with him. He was condescending and insulting. He scoffed at our questions. It was impossible to partner with him to make decisions regarding our child's health and well-being. Office staff were not friendly. Go to VCU!

They paid attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is professional but not extremely friendly. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. If I needed to, I'd go back.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.
