We waited over an hour for the dentist to not even attempt to look in my 2 year olds mouth! And then she said there was nothing she could do for my 5 year old and referred him to another local dentist! Huge waste of time! I was very disappointed!
Employees are really good with the kids, the environment makes the kids really comfortable and they know how to interact with kids!
This place is horrible! Every appt. we waited hours!!! They lost files, my daughter waited so long to get a filling, they had to numb her again, the staff is rude and have no idea what is going on! I felt like my kids were a experiment. After that experience I now have trouble getting my daughter to go to ANY dentist!!! Thanks a lot "cool smiles". What a joke.
