Kool smiles did great with my son! Laura Arnold the hygienist did an awesome job getting him comfortable & prepared

Customer service isn't Kool Smiles strong point. If you're into play equipment that smells like urine & being talked too like your stupid from the x-ray tech & the assistant, then I'd say go for it.
I like the staff and my daughter is comfortable with getting her routine check ups ����
We love Kool Smiles! My 4 year old wasn't in the mood to have her teeth done, they talked to her and calmed her down. The time they took with her and the understanding was great. Thank you.
I took my kids to Kool Smiles in Monroe today for their first appointment. Every one on their staff was very friendly, and were very good with the kids. the hygienist Laura was very educational when teaching them how to properly brush and floss. The Dental Assistants Chela and Emily were very understanding of our needs and worked well with the kids. The check in out at the front desk was very pleasant thanks to Jasmin. i will be bring my kids back for their future dental needs.
They have an awesome staff who really goes above and beyond to meet patients needs. They exceed in teamwork and always have made my daughter feel welcome! We will definitely be coming back!!
I had the worst experience ever at Kool Smiles in Monroe, LA yesterday with my two daughters (15 yr old and 3 yr old). We had an appt for 4pm. We got there at 3:50pm. We sat in the waiting room for 5 mins. Got called to the back and waited on the 'doctor' for 20 mins. The 'doctor/girl' they sent to take care of my daughter was maybe 20 or 21 probably not even out of college. They were not prepared at all for what my 3 yr old was there for. I haven't been to dentist in yrs and they were very patient with me. The staff took time to answer questions I have had also would check to see if I was experienceing any pain and let me have a break. I really enjoy their work. Thanks for your work Laura and Chela
