Taylor Consulting is an incredible company. When I worked at a major real estate company, we had a contract with Taylor to negotiate the Utility rates for us. They did an incredible job and saved us a considerable amount of money. Their staff is very professional and they know the Energy market inside and out.

0 stars is deserved. I spoke to a Rebecca who was very rude and instigated a fight when I asked her to remove our company from their list. They 1. Addressed the note we received incorrectly(Major red flag, which is why I called). Don't do business with them. Rude call center and their info isn't straight. She told me she knew better because she has been in marketing for over 20 years in NY. If she had, then she would know something about good customer service.
