What can I say? I mean, Ricky listened to my engine woes and assured me they'd do what they can. I hope my little MoPar cooperates with the service team. They are very supportive in this time of need. :) EDIT they were so helpful. I was fortunate enough that Rocky gave me a contact to consult about this hot rod.

I made an appointment for service on my 2018 Durango via the online process, and I received a comformation email. When I arrived at the appointed time, I was informed that the online appointment system has not worked for quite some time and so I didn't have an appointment after all. The service advisor said I would have to make a new appointment for next week. I am very discouraged with this situation. My Recommendation: Either fix the online system or shut it off so this doesn't happen again.
