We have not purchased a car from there YET but I called to ask questions about a car for my mom and I spoke to Tom he was so kind and listened to all my concerns. I set an appt for my mom to go look at some cars with Tom, she was very happy that he took his time with her and went over a lot of things with no pressure. Needless to say we will be back to look at the cars this weekend! Thanks Tom!
