This is absolute scam. They claim to do an investigation for $600. All they do I request account transcripts from the ***. All of which is free by the way from the ***. Theres no investigation because I was supplying the *** with info that she wouldve clearly seen if she did anything other than fail to respond to any of my emails in a timely manner. The staff at TaxQuotes were amazing. They walked me through every step of the process, and were professional the entire time. I was embarassed/ashamed at myself for not filing my taxes. It was a bad time in my life and things spiralled out of controll and just kept getting worse. When I called I felt that they understood what I was going through and made me feel comfortable. This company is a Scam i am sorry, they need $600 for investigation (that is money no one has that is why they are reaching out to you) and from what I gather they have a Tariff for all situations of $5000. There are still no promises. They put your tax debt on hold while interest piles there is no guarantee of lowering amount. So in the long run what does this tell you? It is a scam and just call the *** and negotiate yourself or see a local tax lawyer to help you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My tax situation up from 2017 to 2023 was really jacked up. Many improper forms filed and some not filed at all and some filed incorrect. Please understand this is a paid service and I paid decent amount of money for them to get me back on track. And back on track is what they did. So I got what I expected and paid for and will He using the to file my taxes for me every year from here on out. They are worth every *****!

Read the reviews and understand this will cost money and will not solve all your financial problems. I messed up my taxes your situation may be different. Tax Quotes helped me get everything filed and in order.In my case this wasnt fast but some of that was on me and some on the *** claiming to not have received certain documents.
