Rude and unprofessional. Repeatedly talked about his hourly rate to refuse tohelp me at door. Very clear signal that he doesn't care about my case. He has a huge dog there which kept barking all the time and being disturbing. I was just shocked. He should open a zoo instead of accounting service.
