If I could give a zero I would. I called to make an appointment and was told they call me right back, because they had to make sure they had the proper forms. I thought this was odd since I was only filing a basic tax return for last year. Highly recommend this tax services firm. Joel Gillis is an amazing CPA and goes the extra mile for clients yo secure the best tax refund and helps you understand the tax filing process.
Rude and unprofessional. Repeatedly talked about his hourly rate to refuse tohelp me at door. Very clear signal that he doesn't care about my case. He has a huge dog there which kept barking all the time and being disturbing. I was just shocked. He should open a zoo instead of accounting service.
