I thought this was odd since I was only filing a basic tax return for last year. Rude and unprofessional. Repeatedly talked about his hourly rate to refuse tohelp me at door. Very clear signal that he doesn't care about my case. He has a huge dog there which kept barking all the time and being disturbing. I was just shocked. He should open a zoo instead of accounting service.
