We found this place while looking for another place and so glad we did! The hospitality, service and food were all great! Very friendly, welcoming staff - like none I've ever seen! Highly recommend!
Even if my wife didn't make me come here every time we eat in Dallas, Taverna would be my first choice. I love the Bouglenese Sauce and the Lasagna Rustica.

Fabulous service by servers and management. The food was delicious and the mimosas were $2 - perfect brunch spot!
I've been going to Taverna for years with my family for brunch and dinners they have delicious risotto with porcini mushrooms and shrimp omg to die for and they make an exquisite grilled octopus 🐙 I love the atmosphere and yet family feel to it as well, my daughter loves the turkey meatballs with whole wheat pasta (healthier option) and grandpa loves the pizza! I definitely recommend for anyone wanting a slice of good Italian ❤️
