Worst food especially for an upscale, downtown restaurant. It's high priced for the quality of food that was bland and under cooked. The room is not used efficiently so if you do try to get up for any reason you are bumping into people at the tables all around you. Service is poor to say the least. The only only pleasant part of my visit was the bartender Jesse. He was polite and in high spirits. I would NOT recommend dining here to anyone unless you want some good company from the bartender.

Taverna is our favorite restaurant downtown... service is always excellent and we have never had a meal that was less than superb.

Not one to give bad feedback being in the food service business but felt needed. Food was not good, very loud. Tried to explain to manager the sauce was sour and pasta overcooked. He only wanted to argue and tell us we are wrong.
