The service was sooo bad, had 3 servers walk by us telling us someone will be right with us. The food took a long time to come out, we ordered nachos for an appetizer. The nachos came out with the main dish and they were cold and stale when they arrived. Our burgers and fries came out smelling like fish. When was the last time they cleaned their fryer? Overall the experience was terrible, would not recommend the restaurant. Update we both got food poisoning...
We entered at 7 pm, ordered by 7:20, it’s 9:15 and our food still hasn’t arrived yet. The restaurant is not full. Would never recommend, especially if you have kids.
My family & I waited over 45 minutes for appetizers & 1 kids chicken strip meal. We were in between hockey games for my son’s tournament & finally got up to ask that the order be cancelled because we were out of time. They ended up boxing up the items for us since they had just completed making it & were bringing the food while we were searching for our waiter. We paid $20/person for just the food & got what can only be described as dollar menu items at Burger King & that would have been an improvement. I have never been here but heard good things about it, so decided to go check it out! Never again. Right off the bat I received the wrong Carbliss & they only have three options; Lemon, Cranberry, & Black Raspberry. Didn't help that the one I received was one of the flavors I really don't like. This place has been amazing. My husband has been in town all week supporting his dad in the hospital. When the family came they treated us all so great. Thank you so much for the generosity and kindness during this difficult time.
