I was at the restaurant a few years ago and the service and food was great. Today, we arrived to what appeared to be a quiet restaurant. the service ws slow, they were out of one if the holiday signature drinks, recieved our appetizers before our drinks, then my husbands fried fish was so soaked in grease he couldn't eat it. The manager on duty was very gracious about taking the fish off of our bill but we were very disappointed with the overall experience from our previous visit.
Took an hour and a half to get our food. When we walked in it was not busy (1:30 pm). It took 20 minutes to get tap beers. Won’t go back. Took FOrEVER! Sad we spent so much of our “kid free” date day waiting on slow service.
We ate dinner here tonight before going to Bentlyville - first time here & it was delicious. I had the salmon with the coffee grounds on it & I couldn't even tell I was eating coffee grounds. The sweet potato fries with the marshmallow dip was very good, too. We'll definitely return here to eat when we're back in town.
Had a terrible experience with the manager on duty Tyler tonight. Within a half an hour of making a post about it, the director called me and more than made up with it with his kind customer service and making recompense. I will be happy to return now. My wife can’t live without the BLTE anyway!
We used to like coming here but last couple of times the service has been so slow it’s been ridiculous...just short of an our to get our food today… And the waitress never cared that it was taking forever, never apologized that the food was taking so long… Yet all the servers were standing over in a group playing on their phones while working.... don’t plan to be back
it was fabulous and the service too!!! great place! I will be back.
Portions suck, portions were for children.
