love the. atmosphere, the food was delicious and a huge variety of drink options..
Just had dinner. Drove around Duluth for almost two hours (Homecoming weekend, what were we thinking?) and most places had no parking and a wait hours long. Took a chance at TOTH. The wait was only 25 min. The server,awesome, so helpful and I went with his recommendation. It was wonderful. So worth a stop!!!!
Had the Mac and cheese and my girlfriend had the sassy pasta, my Mello Yello was $2.99 and her lemonade was $3 something, rediculous pricing for such little portions if you wanna stay under $40 don’t come here

Great food- nerve been disappointed. Service is perfection! They treat us like family! About the only place we go! Atmosphere...like no where else!
It’s a $10 pizza & it was bought off the menu, & not a happy hour $6 1 topping pizza.. I spent $40 on drinks & went home with dough...
Very good good food and drinks, very friendly staff as well! Will be back for sure
