On nov 2, I had one of the worst meals in many years at this restaurant. It was 7:00 pm, and I was with a larger group. I ordered the burrito bowl. The chicken was so dry that it broke apart when touching it with a fork. The rice was in a matted ball, and essentially tasteless. This food was far from fresh- it's been a long time since I've had leftovers of this low quality.
Tavern on the Hill is one of the best restaurants in the Twin Ports. The food is always great, and the selections of beverages for young and adult is second to none. The atmosphere is upbeat, and the best games are on their many tvs. I like to bring my family and friends to the Tavern.
Despite being very busy, everything came out timely, and the service and food was spot on.
Excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere. John was our server. Very good all around. More of an upscale restaurant but not too upscale.

We are at Tavern on the Hill after getting our nails done with my mom who is 81 and my sister, daughter and nieces. We did not have a wait which was nice. We had great service but my moms order was forgotten and the rest of us had luke warm food. Her food did not take long and was nice and hot so we had no complaints about that. It was an excellent sandwich and the waitress said it was on the house which was very nice. We used one of the 10 off coupons so that was nice too.
