Amazing service. Excellent food! Loved the location and the menu was delicious. Staff were friendly.

We were there originally when we were just married a year. It has been updated. With wonderful views of Central Park. The food was excellent and the ambience, out of this world.
I have been to many restaurants in New York that are “famous for being famous “, and almost all have turned out to be hugely disappointing. That is NOT the case with the wonderful Tavern on the Green. From the moment my granddaughter and I arrived, we were treated to a truly lovely experience. This was not dinner. Just as fabulous as ever! So glad this NY gem is still here!
Waited for over 8 minutes for service, staff was passing by repeatedly and nobody realized that we needed service to so waited few moments more just see who would care of us, we were hungry so we left for a better place.
I can’t think of sonething to complain about. Food was great, service was great. What else is there? Beautiful. Delicious. Perfect.
Great bar. People are friendly and drinks are great.
