My Sunday spot...staff is awesome, the food is great! I highly recommend the Tavern Downtown my only complaint is, it is way too cold in that place now during the Winter, I noticed this past Sunday that at least 75% of the patrons never took off their jackets in the 4 1/2 hours I was there...but aside from the cold I love this place!
We came down one night for dinner and drinks and were extremely dissapointed. I wanted to order a side ceasar salad. The waitress said they only had the side house salad, that was fine. She comes to bring out the food and said they did have the cesar, and had me this plate of god only knows what. Apprently she had given my the full portion grilled cesar salad and subsequently charged me for it. Very disappointed ... happy hour but one get one of you don't buy the exact drink you get charged ... It's ridiculoys because of inventory that's what we were told.. to me it crap but whatever So needless to say we won't be back ...
It was cool fun and lots of different people good music
The Downtown Tavern has really picked up their game! I loved our waitress and the staff was very accommodating to the specific needs of our group. They all went out of their way to help us with our needs.
Love this place and Coral is the best bartender around!
