It'd just a short, romantic stroll to Taughannock Falls State Park, featuring the tallest waterfall east of the Rockies. The hotel offers a wide selection of beautifully appointed rooms in the Main Inn, as well as three adjacent lakeside guest houses. We also offer a pet friendly option, and hiking trails just steps away. The restaurant is closed for the season, excepting a few special occasions and Holiday Events (see the Facebook page) but will reopen for Easter Dinner.

Under new ownership and management, Taughannock Farms Inn is still the best place to go! Hats off to Brian Simon, the General Manager, Mark Alamond, the executive chef, Julia behind the bar, and all the rest of the staff! The food is outstanding, the service is exemplary, and the ambience is fantastic! A MUST place to go, eat, relax and enjoy Ithaca at it's finest!

I would give 10 stars if I could. My first visit at Taughannock Farms Inn was perfect.! Starting with cocktails outside, looking over Cayuga lake. The decor was so soothing, the food was fantastic, the staff and owner were incredibly friendly and professional. If you have yet to visit Taughannock Farms Inn, I highly recommend you visit this very very special place.
This old restaurant has taken on a new atmosphere; all positive. Fine food, fantastic staff and, am ambiance with no equal here in our area. The good news; there's more yet to come. Like them on FB and watch the transformation.

The Inn has been closed for the season since December and we just reopened to guests today under new ownership and new management. Been at the Taughannock Farms Inn many times over the past thirty years. Always enjoyed it!
Very nice place enjoyed the room but wish there was more of a selection for breakfast. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for the future.
Beautiful room overlooking Cayuga. Lovely dinner served with expertise. Highly recommend.
