Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Did this provider use excessive foul language? Yes! It was very unprofessional! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes

Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable
