The service was absolutely great. We visited the Citadel Mall location. The wait staff were awesome and the food was spectacular. The duck club Congo was arguably the best sandwich we’ve ever had. We live in the chicago area and have great food. But that sandwich was to die for.

Waited 15 minutes after being sat down, no one came up to us. Brought it to the hostess's attention. She took our drink order and said the server would be right with us. Ten minutes later we still hadn't heard from anyone. So we left. Will never return

My husband and I ate at the Citadel Mall location last night (7/21/18) and will definitely be back. The service was great—our server was attentive without smothering us. My husband and I decided to share the Duck Club with a basket of Duck Fat Fries as our server said the sandwich was pretty big. We both loved the sandwich and we’re glad we decided to split it—it really is big! The the garlic aioli for the fries was amazing—add a little to your Club, you’ll be glad you did.
