So much better than typical bar fare and the staff were great. Kitschy, fun atmosphere. Our 8 year old loved the pinball machines! Roll up your sleeves and show your tats!
Food was amazing, but the service was not. It took about 45 minutes to get our food and some of the stuff we ordered after waiting 45 minutes was sold out by then. Overall I would go back though because the food we did get was delicious.

Visited the John's Island location while on vacation. Both the food and service was excellent! Great craft beer selection, the menu is limited but everything we ordered was delicious. Would love to come back next time we are in town.
My wife and I stopped in Charleston for a couple hours on our way back up north from Savannah on a weekend trip. When searching the internet for a place to have lunch on the way out of town the Tattooed Moose came up as being someplace that was featured on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives, so we decided to stop in for the novelty of it. The duck fries where the best I have ever had and pickles WOW. Definitely will be going back.
