My friend recommended I try this store, and the food is fantastic and tasty. I ordered a cinnamon roll, croissant, and ciabatta. Even though you have to spend about 15 to 20 minutes in line, once you get the bread, you will understand that the time you spend waiting is definitely worth it.
We stopped for a snack and coffee with my family while visiting Washington, DC as tourists. We left just before they closed for the day. Some customers were still inside. My mother wanted to use the restroom before we headed out to Annapolis, which is an hour away, but the manager didn’t let her. I asked the manager to suggest the nearest restroom, and she simply said, “Sorry, we’re closed.” That was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
