Very helpful with enquiry following up where driver was and notifying me.
Slow service in office, yet they call themselves express. A joke! Couldn't offer any constructive solution for delivery of a 35Kg package to actual address, only to main Syd depo for pick up... Because only had one driver for the van at Sydney end. Despite the fact delivery address has fork lift, and person ready to be notified on arrival to help. Pathetic. I certainly won't be recommending or using Tattam "Express" ever again!
