Outstanding experience! Dr. Cook was incredibly responsive during an urgent situation and went above and beyond to help. The receptionist was just as wonderful: kind, efficient, and reassuring from the moment I walked in. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!
Dr Tatabe has very modern equipment, a competent and friendly staff, and a great selection of up to date fashionable frames. I had a small visual issue with the progressive lenses, and the staff promptly made an adjustment which fixed the issue. Dr Tatabe is kind, listens and hears concerns, and takes time to discuss them. Having been away from Lethbridge for 20 years, I am very happy to be a patient of hers once again. Dr. Cook was fantastic.
Dr. Tatebe was away, so I saw Dr. Cook instead. She was very thorough, recommended something to try at home that worked great, and helped me with a referral. I would highly recommend her.
They take their time, I never feel rushed. Always treated with professionalism and kindness. They make you feel like family with their care and attention.
