every time I eat here I am delighted. all the food is fresh and the flavors are amazing. right now my absolute favorite is the jiberito taco. it's delicious.
First visit and we were blown away! Staff super friendly and helpful , fantastic atmosphere, huge menu, large tacos (recommended al pastor and chile relano taco)and the chorizo chilli is OUTSTANDING! We plan on coming back next week...great spot I highly recommend!
First and last time going to this establishment. Why? I had two tacos. One “Jibarito” and one standard carne asada taco. The Jibarito taco was just a small square piece of flank steak not really fully cooked, the tortilla was a mix of masa and ripe plantain that wasn’t tasty at all. Best specialty tacos in Chicago! The jibarito is a must try - the best! The aguas frescas are delicious, but that jibarito taco will leave you craving for more. People are kind and there is a feeling of home - highly recommend this place!!!
