My husband and I came to Tata’s for lunch today and we absolutely LOVED the food! The tacos were so flavorful! My favorite was El Clasico Al Pastor. I’m not a huge fan of pineapple but I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the combination was! I would definitely order it again! My husband can’t stop talking about how tasty the Sirena taco and horchata were! Also the owners were super nice and came out to chat with us. BEST MEXICAN FOOD EVAH! I live in Springfield and every time I am in Chicago I make it a priority to visit; I even waited outside nearly an hour until it opened once. Worth every second!!!

Woman-owned, centered on a tradition of love, family and authenticity! Came here on a whim because my friend saw two blue chairs outside. Now I’m looking forward to making it a regular stop. Best tacos I've had in and around Portage Park!!
My wife and I had a TATAS tacos taquiza for 120 guests a few weekends ago for a special event. The food was absolutely Amazing and Epic!! The presentation and lay out were perfect! The staff was very professional, courteous and met our needs. Every single guest in attendance at our event was blown away at the amazing Taquiza from Tatas. Thank you to everyone at Tatas tacos for your legendary tasting tacos and food!! We will do it again.
The Best Tacos Ever! So fresh andddd If your watching your calories they even cater to that! Clean fresh, friendly, atmosphere! You could BYOB!!! BONUS! Can't wait to go back!
So happy we live just a short walk from this new gem in our neighborhood! Love supporting a local mom n pop that has great food & wonderful service!
Waited a bit but I’ll give them a pass since they are new and working out the kinks. Food was worth the wait though! Carne Asada and Fish Tacos, Torta, and Quesadilla got rave reviews from the fam. Will definitely go back! Glad to have them in the neighborhood and to support small and local business!
