Appointment is booked for next week -- if you're a new patient, try submitting a contact form on their website instead of calling. My calls always went to voicemail and after a couple calls, I tried the contact form and they contacted me later that week, citing that they received my contact form. Called to make appointment Reception rude, NOT EXCEPTING NEW PATIENT???
My experience has been definitely different from that of other reviewers. Honestly, the professionals aren't bad, but the staff is rude, and sometimes it can take weeks to get a prescription sent to the right pharmacy, with calls back & forth.
