The best part of this group was Sarah C. (She has since moved on.) No one else has been pleasant or professional. Terrible neighbors as well. Tried reach out with a question since I moved out and got blocked despite a professional email.
Don't plan on getting your security deposit back or your maintenance calls answered. Unprofessional to say the least. I went without maintenance for a year and had to repair what was broken myself. They promise one thing and do another. Read the lease carefully if you do rent....there are little clauses in there that you shouldn't sign off on. I don't recommend them at all!
Very professional and great apartment while at KSC, if you can rent!!!
