TASK Fitness is great!! Shane always pushes me to go a little bit farther and push myself to my limits. I always leave feeling like I just had the BEST workout ever. I love the variety of class times he offers and the great prices. I highly recommend this boot camp!
Wow! Now this is a real boot camp where you're really going to get a great workout and feel it. Intense - definitely the most exercise you can get in 45 minutes. He's always on time and class finishes on time so you don't have to worry about making it to work. If you're motivated - this is the camp you want to attend : )))
