Providing excellent office safety and hygiene during COVID 19 to maintain wonderful patient care. Mary Ann is an excellent hygienist.
I was there for a cleaning. I arrived wearing a mask. My tech, Christina, also wore an N95 mask. She was well informed of my prior conditions and performed a routine cleaning while explaining everything she did. I was extremely pleased with her manner, procedures and general professionalism including COVID-19 precautions. What a wonderful experience! Very informative, thorough diagnosis of my present condition, followed by a detailed explanation about the procedure to be scheduled. Jennifer and her staff are very welcoming, making the experience feel like you are a part of their family. Their precautions to protect me (and themselves) from COVID-19 were very evident and were in no way intrusive. Dr. Jennifer Taschner is considerate, kind and technically amazing. She has done two dental implants for me, and is a professional's professional. She explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable and completely informed. The office & clinical staff also seriously exceed expectations.

What a great office from the front reception to the doctor's chair. I'm so glad I was referred to Dr Jennifer, she and her staff are top notch! Dr Jennifer was so gentle and my procedure was virtually painless. And a rose delivered to my home as a "thanks for being a great patient" was an amazing surprise and a 1st for me!
