Multiple attempts to be removed from mailing lists fall on deaf ears. They're at the point of harassment. Although the calls and texts finally stopped after having to be extremely upfront and rude, the emails continue, even after unsubscribing.
We needed the service of this dealership last weekend & everything started out ok. However, their delivery company that brought our vehicle partway home was terrible. Driver ate in our vehicle & left it a mess. And, when complained, would not do anything to compensate our time to clean it, because we didn't take pictures for proof. Our word was not sufficient but their word was accepted that they would take good care of our vehicle. This is unacceptable customer service.

New truck and AC not working. Already in two times and given stupid guesses. Service is terrible. Convinced to buy truck by sales and nothing but trouble since. Fix ASAP or get replacement. Otherwise will add to growing number of disappointed customers. Faith as advertisement is shameful at this point.
went in yesterday because of there massive event thinking there was a glimmer of hope that I could get into a better vehicle... well I was wrong!! off course I know I have negative equity and my vehicle needs some repairs but thought that this event would help me...I left in tears... I guess I should of asked more specifically what this massive event in detail..Btw my vehicle was purchased at kunes in delavan almost 3yrs ago and the thing has been a pain almost 6 months into vehicle😪 .
