10 days after purchasing, my son's truck head gasket needed to be fixed. Kunes wanted him to pay. I'm convinced they already knew the truck was junk. Lied to and took advantage of a 20yr old. I wish he had taken my advice and waited for the truck he wanted at Gary Lang. We've purchased several vehicles from them and never had an issue. Live and learn. Only few can be honest and have good character. I will never recommend Kunes.

Everyone we met was very nice and helpful! We felt very comfortable and not pressured.
I work at a quick lube and almost every vehicle from kunes has problems. like the "techs" can't change oil. the simplest of things. personally turned 3 vehicles away on Tuesday due to stripped/cross threaded oil pans. and have heard numerous complaints from my customers. keep doin what your doin, I like the business your sending us!!
We needed the service of this dealership last weekend & everything started out ok. However, their delivery company that brought our vehicle partway home was terrible. Driver ate in our vehicle & left it a mess. And, when complained, would not do anything to compensate our time to clean it, because we didn't take pictures for proof. Our word was not sufficient but their word was accepted that they would take good care of our vehicle. This is unacceptable customer service.
was charged for a service I didn't request. Asked only for an oil change. Tire rotation was done with oil change and I was charged. You just lost a Service and replacement car customer.
