They advertise a car that has been on the lot for over a year at a low price. When you call, they tell you to come in and that it's available. I asked them to send me a walkaround video of the car, and all of a sudden, the car is in finance with someone else who is buying it. The car is still on the website a month later, and I've called three times, and each time I get the same story. It's clearly a bait car. Also, they are advertising **** rates for CPO Volvos when the lowest offered is ****.
It's crazy how the dollar bill says "Good for all debts public and private" then you get pretentious people not wanting to let you buy parts with cash. Done with these jackass dealership parts stores.
Very deceptive business practices. Lure you in with a trade in offer, until you get there and drop $4600 off your trade.

In 2020 I placed a claim with *********auto insurance because I hit a curb in my driveway during a sever storm causingthe motor to be damaged beyond repair, the vehicle was eventually towed to the volvo dealership in Va Beach, they kept the vehicle for 5 months they initially removed and replaced the motor with a used engine with a blown head gasket. So another motor had to be located, one was found at a warehouse in Kentucky for ****$. I got the car back in December 2020 with 70,000 miles on it. The motor stopped working in... read more

I have read most of the reviews here and I am only willing to state facts... I bought an unsafe truck from this dealer with bad wheel bearings and front knuckles. I was told they do a full inspection of every used vehicle which can not be true. I brought my truck into this dealer less then two weeks after I bought it and had a tire patch done I tried to get it in sooner but they didn't have any open appointments. Very unimpressed with their service department. Bought a brand new XC 40 from them two years ago just about. On the car came Pirelli - scorpion tires. This past week I noticed chunks of my tires missing, one chunk being so large the wiring was showing on the tire. Called the dealership because this looked like something that was a manufacturing defect.
