I purchased a part for my car over 6 weeks ago, that is a wrong part, and would like to get a full refund for this new part, which does not fit at all and thus never used. I bought my ram **** truck from Tasca in march. First day going off to work check engine light came on. Messaged them right away and they had me bring it in that evening. They couldnt fix it at **** so they brought it to dodge to fix said it was all set. Was just a sensor. Day or two later felt transmission started slipping/ slamming around 3rd fourth gear. I purchased a 2015 Town and Country Chrysler van at Tasca in ********, **. I bought the vehicle in July of 2020. My husband daughter and I took it out to ******** in ** and on the way there the van would not go over 20 miles an hour so we turned around and headed back home. This company used to be good. Now it takes weeks for a part to ship. They have no one ******* the phones. No one on chat. They don't reply to order inquries.Don't buy from them, Just use them to get part numbers.
SCAM!! Stay away. Placed an order and they became unresponsive. No answer. Phones are disconnected. Fighting it out with PayPal to get my money back. Hope I get it all back. Now it will take 3 weeks for the process to end until I get my refund. Wish I read these reviews prior to purchase. STAY AWAY!!!!
I highly recommend *** coming to this dealership. Yesterday I gave them ****,000.00 deposit just to have the manager turn around and sell the vehicle after the deposit was made to give me first priority of sale. What a low life!
