I ordered a part for my **** Bronco. The shipped the wrong part, not only was it wrong it was only half of the wrong part. I emailed them to correct the situation two times, no response. I used their contact us page on their website, still no response.I used PayPal to pay so I filed a complaint there and request assistance. We bought a car from there 15 days ago and already have an issue with it. We brought it in to get checked out and they said it was our problem. The ** ************* offered a warranty after the fact and spoke to my wife and I in a condescending way. Extremely shady operation and would recommend investigating.

I reserved an EX90 through Volvo, through this dealership. The volvo email says if I need to refund, I should contact the dealership. I did, multiple times. While multiple sales agents have reached out thinking I want to buy a car, zero of them have helped me process this refund. Service Issues with 2019 Subaru Outback with 27,000 miles. I wanted to write about a recent experience with getting an oil change at Quantrell Subaru. The dealership reported that the last person who changed the oil damaged the drain plug. So, it required a new $50 drain plug (the last oil change was done at a Valvoline Instant Oil Change). I paid for the new plug and thought I would just bring the car back to the dealer from now on to keep from having problems. Turns out, the Subaru dealership also has service issues. Like in posts before, never buy a used car here. They are your friends until you buy. Car salesman make things up about the car - however they are not very knowledgeable. When you go back to address the issue, they fill you with false promises to get you to leave. Ive never heard back from anyone, even after messaging the general manager. Disappointed.

Placed an online order on 1-15-24 through their website for 2 car parts. Order receipt by email on 1-15-24 and another confirmation received on 1-16-24 which said a follow-up email would be sent about shipping. My bank account was charged $115.74 which included shipping charges on 1-16-24.
