Beware if you bring your vehicle in for service! Brought in my 2015 **** for a sunroof repair (for the 3rd time). We picked the truck up after it being at the dealership for 5 days to find damage to the passenger door. We are not talking a minor ding here, the paint was literally ground down to the metal! Left my Truck there for 6 hours Came back had to wait another 20 minutes because they put the wrong oil in my Truck. Also had problem with muffler at 36000 miles right after warranty ran out They and forward would not cover it Gave me an offer to fix it not an estimate then tried to change that. This is by far the worst dealer I've ever been to. The service here was far below anyone would expect for a ***** dealership; I'm surprised ***** would place its imprimatur on this dealer. We brought our car in for a 20,000 oil change and check. Five days later, the car is still not ready. We received a loaner but we have been waiting for our car to go out of town.
