This company used to be good. Now it takes weeks for a part to ship. They have no one ******* the phones. No one on chat. They don't reply to order inquries.Don't buy from them, Just use them to get part numbers.

SCAM!! Stay away. Placed an order and they became unresponsive. No answer. Phones are disconnected. Fighting it out with PayPal to get my money back. Hope I get it all back. Now it will take 3 weeks for the process to end until I get my refund. Wish I read these reviews prior to purchase. STAY AWAY!!!!

I highly recommend *** coming to this dealership. Yesterday I gave them ****,000.00 deposit just to have the manager turn around and sell the vehicle after the deposit was made to give me first priority of sale. What a low life!

This company is terrible. I put in a couple of orders without doing my due diligence of making sure they were reputable:(They do not answer their phone and their "Live Chat" simply opens up so you can send an e-mail that won't be answered.I asked to cancel my order multiple times (via e-mail as there is no other option) as I had to buy the items locally to finish the job and never got a response. 3 weeks later and I get a notice that my parts have shipped. SO FRUSTRATING.

I purchased a 2017 **** Compass from Tasca Auto ********, ** in February of 2018 and also purchased an extended warranty at a cost of $3400. Recently I needed both of my rear wheel bearings replaced and I brought my vehicle to Tasca **** in ******** as instructed. After taking my **** into the service area they let me know that indeed both bearings needed to be replaced however they were not covered under my warranty. I have been a customer with tasca for over 10 years and I made a recent purchased which was my 3rd vehicle purchase with this ******************, and the purchase was made in cash. After the sale was completed, tasca made it very difficult to get anything completed, included getting inspection of the car. The way they speak to customers is disgusting and they act like they want nothing to do with the customer one set sale is made. As I check my bank account daily I discovered a ******* deduction. I tracked it down to this operation. Nothing was ordered from this site but if I wouldn't have checked my accounts I would have never known. When confronted via pay pal it was refunded."

I would like to relay a sad story about my son\'s first experience buying a car. He had already made up his mind that he wanted to purchase a 2019 ford fusion hybrid. We noticed 4 of these vehicles for sale, but did not realize they were at different ********** locations. We had traveled to the one in ********. For someone that buys several **** trucks a year and has dealt with several different **** dealerships this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with by far..... Im not sure how they sell a single vehicle.... very very poor communication, no one ever calls you back, cant ever get a hold of the salesman **** ******* and the finance *** ***** was no better....... we made a deal on a truck, they ran my credit, I ordered a body specific to this truck and insured it, which I had to order and show proof to get the body upfit ... read more
