I have been a customer of TAS for years, but not anymore. I went in today to drop off my Bad Boy mower to be serviced. I was told that they have so much business this time of year they only take mowers that were bought from them, I wasn’t in any big hurry, I would have completely understood if they had told me it would be awhile before I got it back. I have bought chainsaws, leaf blowers, weed eaters, just not my mower. I personally think this was a terrible business decision. I will not be back and will tell anyone that ask... read more

The employees and Todd goes out of their way to take care of me.. I’ve been in business for 14 years and wouldn’t go anywhere other than TAS.. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer service is very important to me, and it’s certainly lacking in so many businesses. Not at TAS!! I have to have my riding mower picked up. Price was reasonable. Rodney was very friendly and helpful. I got my mower back in a reasonable amount of time. Actually got it back before it was promised. TAS even cleaned it up for me as well as service it and fixed the drive belt. Told me I could mail them payment since I was at work!! The overall price was reasonable as well. I've had to bring in my mower not even a year old twice now. the coil went bad and it was still under warranty so wasn't supposed to cost anything. was told I had bad gas they drained a FULL tank of gas out and said they cleaned the carb and tried to charge me for something I didn't ask for or need. also lost my gas. now same thing has happened they have had it 2 weeks and they say bad gas again and carb needs rebuilt. and that isn't covered by the warranty.. it's all BS cause they don't want to stand behind the product or h... read more

Stood at the counter because everyone was on the phone except for the guy playing on his phone and the guy talking to the girl at the computer. A guy walked in after me and she asked him if she could help him. No one waited on me or asked me to hold on. I'll take my money elsewhere. At least have the decency to ask someone to wait or acknowledge my presence.
