Belligerent & hostile ************* 2 adult children. Homophobic cllg gay tenants effing faggots. Building poorly maintained. Front end of the **** is sinking. Quiet Clean Updated A calming peaceful quiet park like atmosphere. The apartments are large clean, and updated. the on site management/staff is professional trustworthy and friendly. The super is quick to address the occasional issues that might pop up.
I wish I could attach picts for proof. However, every tenant & ex-tenant says the same thing: The manager & landlord are unprofessional, aggressive, practice discrimination, accuse every tenant of being a "liar" when, in fact, the manager, who is an alcoholic, becoming more aggressive when drunk as she screams at tenants in the middle of the night, is a pathological liar. Manager Unprofessional and has drinking problem. She allow her kids to insult tenants. She very aggressive & not good person & has her "favorites" in building & is known to give her "favorites" breaks in paying rent & fees late & many more. Trees are all dying from no water & tenants not staying long time there. Lots of moving in & out when they realize how bad run this place is. This tenant wrote 11 months ago it is the truth! bad place Don't move to this place, it ain't worth it. The building here is horrible and it's falling apart and it smell like mold. I would rather live anywhere else than here.
