I really wish I can give a 0 here. Trash apartment complex. Trash management. Trash corporate office and a big slumlord!! I have been here since 2021 and lived in two of the buildings 6210 & now 6230. I can write you a book on how horrible this entire establishment is. The slumlord keeps Changing managements and staff as if it will make any difference but it will never change because he is a slum! If I could leave a 0 I would. Unless you Absolutely cannot afford anything else, I would stay far far far away from this building!!!!!! Management sucks, the homeless have access to the building via multiple routes, no safety, they take months if not years to address simple things. The office folks will tell you one thing and never follow through. They don’t fix anything, just patch it up. Building is dirty and it’s just a horrible horrible place to be. I am a disabled senior who recently moved out in August of 2025. I gave them a months notice thru the tenant portal in addition to informing the management office. The apartment was inspected by management staff and keys were handed in to an apartment which I left immaculate. I was sent a threatening text informing me that I had just left the apartment without paying the rent for a month that I would not be residing. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE HERE ! The new management is amazing really nice girls . Will definitely recommend to anybody .
