Horrible Office staff, and the doctor doesn't care. She will discharge you as a patient if you try to tell her how rude her staff is. She allows them to be rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to patients. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST!!!!!! They are Horrendously RUDE

Leaving the practice – Years ago, this practice was great. With the influx of foreigners and added patients, the service has really gone downhill. The staff was nice, but Dr. Shah was very unprofessional. She didn't address my child's medical issues and barely looked at it. She was dressed in tight clothing that she could barely breathe in without medical garments, didn't wash her hands or wear gloves, and she looked disheveled. MUST READ BEFORE GOING!! First off, I would like to say I've been taking my child to this practice since she was an infant. My child is now 8 years old.Recently, the wait has been ridiculously LONG!! About 45 min in the waiting room and then another 30 min -1hr wait after being called into the exam room (you do the math). Don't get me wrong, the doctors here has great credentials to back them up (if you've done some extensive research like me, you would know). The Best in child care I have been taking my children to Shah pediatrics for for the last 16 years and Dr. Taru Shah is an excellent pediatirican. She is alway very helpful always concern. I would recommend Dr. Shah and shah pediatrics to anyone.
